What do I need to use ClubPath?
Just a modern desktop browser. ClubPath is a web application that works in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox — no downloads or installations required.
What happens to club data when the committee changes?
The data belongs to the club, not the officer. When a new committee takes over, they keep full access to all history — sessions, finances, attendance, member progress — with no manual migrations.
Does ClubPath integrate with any public speaking organization?
No. ClubPath is an independent tool that manages club data on its own. It works for any public speaking club that organizes sessions, assigns member roles and tracks its operations.
Can I belong to multiple clubs with the same account?
Yes. A single member can be part of multiple clubs with one ClubPath account. You see all your upcoming sessions, roles and unified history — no need to create separate accounts per club.
Does it work if part of the club is virtual and part is in-person?
Yes. Each session is marked as in-person, virtual or hybrid. Attendance and roles work the same in all three modes.
Is there a cost during Beta?
No. During Beta, ClubPath is free for all clubs — including multi-club management. We'll give you advance notice before introducing any charges, and there will always be a free plan available.
